Terms of Service

1. The service

Krevya is software for businesses with a Shopify store: it reads your products, researches their category and competitors, writes the angles worth testing, and makes ad images, product pages and email flows. It is a service for businesses, which you use for trade or professional purposes.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your password private. Actions taken through your account are yours.

3. Fees and credits

• Generation is paid for in credits. What an action costs is shown on screen before you start it.
• Credits held for a generation that fails go back to the pool they came from.
• Plan credits are granted every month, on monthly and on yearly plans. They roll over for as long as the subscription's paid term runs and expire when it ends. Credits Krevya adds to your account outside a plan do not expire.
• Plans differ in their monthly credits and in how many stores can be connected at once. Connecting a store beyond your plan's limit needs a larger plan; if you move to a smaller plan, the stores already connected stay connected. The Partner plan is arranged by separate agreement with Krevya.
• Yearly fees are paid in advance and are not refundable.
• Subscriptions renew each period until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Prices are shown at checkout; Whop processes payments.

4. Your responsibilities

• You must hold the necessary rights in the product images, logos and other content you upload.
• You are responsible for the claims in your ads and pages being true, and for complying with ad platform rules and applicable law.
• You must make sure your store's customers are emailed only if they agreed to it.
• You may not use the service to make unlawful or misleading content, or content that infringes the rights of others.

5. AI output

The text and images Krevya makes are generated by AI and may contain mistakes. Reviewing them before publishing is your responsibility. Krevya publishes nothing to your store without you: store pages are sent to Shopify as drafts.

6. Intellectual property

You keep your rights in what you upload. You may use the output you make with Krevya commercially, to the extent applicable law allows. The rights in the Krevya software and brand belong to Krevya.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krevya's total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid Krevya in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, and Krevya is not liable for indirect damage, lost profit or lost data.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. Krevya may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms.

9. Personal data processed on your behalf

The Data Processing Addendum at krevya.com/legal/dpa is incorporated by reference and forms part of this Agreement where Krevya processes personal data on the merchant's behalf.

10. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. We may change them, and we will tell you about material changes before they take effect.
